Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead R&D initiatives in human-computer interaction and immersive environments
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Present futuristic vision to investors and industry stakeholders at global forums
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-generation tech incubation projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching at least three industry-disrupting technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE Spectrum, etc.)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Fluency in at least one programming language and three ML frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020s-relevant innovations with measurable impact
