Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptors
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Prototype future-state solutions in our innovation sandbox environment
- Author thought leadership on technology's societal impact by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable roadmaps
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Prior startup or corporate innovation lab experience preferred
- PhD or Master's in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies
