Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure communication frameworks
- Conduct foresight analysis on AI governance and ethical algorithm development
- Architect carbon-negative computing infrastructure for next-gen data centers
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present future-tech blueprints to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior researchers in exponential technology methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies post-2025
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market (>$50M ARR)
- Deep understanding of AI alignment principles and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience with regulatory compliance for next-gen tech (NIST CSF 2.0, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and Python
