Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026) to forecast industry disruptions and strategic opportunities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify breakthrough startups and emerging technologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term technology adoption readiness
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for complex organizations
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional scenario modeling and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
