Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with market expansion goals
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile futurism
- Represent QuantumLeap at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum systems at hyperscale
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0, metaverse architecture, and spatial computing
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or strategic partnerships
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts to executive audiences
