Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops and scenario planning sessions
- Analyze market disruption vectors and competitive technology landscapes
- Translate complex innovations into actionable implementation plans
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
