Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future disruption
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech with 5+ year market impact
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on cutting-edge research
- Present strategic foresight reports to Fortune 100 clients
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 8+ years in strategic R&D or technology consulting
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AGI development, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston Futures Studies program)
- Experience with scenario planning tools like Causal Layered Analysis
