Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Partner with academia and startups to identify breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3 architecture
- Track record of launching breakthrough products/services with $50M+ impact
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (MIT Tech Review, WIRED, etc.)
