Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) and develop 2026 implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Develop patent portfolios for next-generation technologies
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible innovation adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and build innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or quantum AI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
