- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI/IoT solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Drive R&D investments in quantum computing and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with business strategy
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML or IoT platforms to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Strong background in agile development and DevOps practices
- Experience with technology roadmapping and strategic planning
- MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
