Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams in developing patent-pending solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for collaborative R&D
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through rapid prototyping and MVP development
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board of directors with data-driven insights
- Secure $20M+ in research grants and venture funding for future-tech initiatives
- Mentor junior innovators through our 'Future Leaders' incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies to market
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience securing $10M+ in research grants or venture capital
- Certified in Innovation Management (e.g., CEIM) or Technology Strategy
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global collaboration
