Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ product launches
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business strategy
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget and vendor partnerships
- Present future tech trends to investors and industry stakeholders
- Mentor engineers in next-gen development methodologies
- Drive patent strategy for emerging IP portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching future-facing products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, blockchain, AGI
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
- Strategic consulting or Big Tech experience preferred
- Strong financial modeling for tech investments
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to production
