Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven 5-year strategic planning experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and decentralized systems
- Track record of scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech trends
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for experimental technologies
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for AI and quantum computing
- Certified in AWS Quantum Technologies and Google AI Leadership
