- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through strategic stakeholder presentations
- Establish patent portfolio with minimum 3 core technology patents annually
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof digital transformations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven scaling of enterprise platforms
- Expertise in AI/ML deployment, quantum computing fundamentals, and distributed systems
- Track record of launching 3+ category-defining products with $50M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from top-tier institution
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Security clearance eligibility for government innovation projects
