Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global tech trends through 2026, identifying disruptive innovations in quantum computing, biotechnology, and AI
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into enterprise architecture
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports on tech's societal and economic impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting tech adoption and policy frameworks
- Advise executive leadership on long-term innovation investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or tech innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech
- Executive-level presentation and influence skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling
