Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision strategy aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption windows
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum/AI research institutions
- Present quarterly future-state roadmaps to C-suite and investors
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech implementation
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future tech
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching 3+ industry-defining innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for future-tech initiatives
- Speaker at 5+ global tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
