Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating quantum AI, neurotech interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in human-machine symbiosis and autonomous systems ethics
- Partner with academic institutions to develop patentable IP in next-gen computing paradigms
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging tech methodologies and ethical implementation frameworks
- Identify and mitigate existential risks in autonomous technology deployment
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of leading disruptive tech initiatives with $50M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and venture capital firms
- Published research in Nature, Science, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Cirq, etc.)
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
