Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable innovation portfolio
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine interaction or computational theory
- Proven track record scaling engineering teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation governance
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 23840 standards for 2030 technology readiness
