Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Develop patent portfolios protecting 20+ core innovations
- Present at 3+ global tech summits annually
- Guide ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Mentor junior talent through Horizon's Innovation Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Proven track record scaling R&D budgets to $20M+
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Deep understanding of regulatory tech landscapes
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish preferred
