Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Architect strategic roadmaps for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Deliver keynote presentations at global tech summits and publish white papers
- Mentor the next generation of innovators through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in emerging technologies with 10+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development, or neural interfaces
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry thought leadership platforms
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused tech predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS)
