Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Collaborate with academic institutions on long-term tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 7+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or sustainable AI
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
- Strong background in technology ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
