Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2024-2026) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps

- Partner with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational technology portfolios
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-positive tech infrastructure
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Present at global tech summits as Horizon Dynamics' thought leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years tech innovation experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools like Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi methodology
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ commercialized future-tech solutions
