Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems beyond 2023 capabilities
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with decentralized identity systems and Web3 infrastructure
- Certification in Systems Thinking or Strategic Foresight methodologies
