- Manage a cross-disciplinary team of PhD researchers and industry specialists

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of leading large-scale R&D initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Published research in top-tier journals or major conference proceedings
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite teams
- Strong understanding of ethical frameworks for future technologies
- Portfolio of implemented innovations generating >$10M impact
