Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present future-vision insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 5+ years futurist experience
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Mastery of scenario planning and technology impact assessment tools
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with venture capital tech due diligence processes
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ tech forecasting accuracy
- Fluency in Python and simulation modeling platforms
