Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance systems capable of handling the demands of a post-2025 digital landscape.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on next-gen technologies, including edge computing and neural networks.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to junior developers, conducting rigorous code reviews and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and security experts to deliver seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver creative, scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
