Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, integrating emerging technologies and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale disruptive initiatives with 3-5 year horizons
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board with data-backed impact assessments
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem including startups, universities, and policy influencers
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies (scenario planning, trend analysis) across the organization
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot execution with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or technology consulting with proven future-planning experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or climate tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Track record of leading high-impact innovation initiatives through to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication skills
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic initiatives launched in the past 5 years
