Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to anticipate market shifts, regulatory impacts, and technological disruptions
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
- Foster an experimental culture through hackathons, incubation programs, and strategic partnerships
- Present compelling strategic narratives to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth startup experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with measurable global impact
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Innovation Management; MBA preferred
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, Web3, neurotech) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation strongly preferred
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (Blue Ocean, Lean Startup) and agile methodologies
