Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks by analyzing emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech), geopolitical shifts, and consumer behavior patterns
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for 3-5 year market transformations
- Produce annual "Future State" reports identifying disruptive threats and opportunities for our $2B+ portfolio
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and innovation labs
- Mentor internal teams on foresight methodologies and future-proofing principles
- Present strategic recommendations to Board of Directors and global stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or executive leadership with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future trends or strategy (articles, books, white papers)
