Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities and risks
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory changes affecting long-term planning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, IoT)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and risk assessment
- Certification in strategic planning or technology management preferred
