Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, technical architecture, or engineering management.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical strategies with a specific focus on long-term (2026+) goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
