Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategies with business objectives, specifically focusing on long-term scalability and innovation.
- Lead Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the transition to next-gen cloud architectures, ensuring zero downtime and optimal performance.
- AI & Automation Strategy: Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation to streamline operations and enhance product capabilities.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Management: Evaluate and select third-party technologies and vendors that align with our 2026 vision.
- Cybersecurity Compliance: Ensure all systems meet rigorous security standards and compliance regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Programming Skills: Strong understanding of Python, Go, or Java.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or AWS Solutions Architect certification is a major plus.
