Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning IT strategies with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to ensure future-proof infrastructure.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to support the 2026 operational model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term tech investments.
- Establish best practices for data governance and cybersecurity in a 2026-ready environment.
- Present architectural visions and technical strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), or systems engineering.
- Proven track record of leading strategic technology initiatives and 2026 roadmapping for large-scale enterprises.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML integration, distributed systems, and scalable cloud architectures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor engineering teams and drive cultural change.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
