Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the 2026 Strategic Product Vision, translating high-level goals into actionable product roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to deliver breakthrough features ahead of schedule.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for disruption.
- Mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on long-term strategic initiatives.
- Own the product metrics, driving growth and user retention through data-informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or a related technical role.
- Demonstrated history of leading successful product launches in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern development workflows.
