Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation framework, aligning with global market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify emerging opportunities and risks
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and strategic partnerships
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior innovators and establish KPIs for innovation pipeline health
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
