- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and future-trend analysis
- Certified in agile/Sc methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience scaling startups or managing innovation labs
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 2 major product launches
