- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Analyze global market trends and disruptor landscapes to identify 2026 opportunity vectors
- Champion a culture of experimentation through agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and disruptor startups
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our 2026 talent development program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record leading high-impact initiatives with 3+ year planning horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFS) or equivalent experience
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
