Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch next-gen products/services targeting 2026 market demands
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotechnology, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and validation
- Mentor innovation champions and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with 5+ year foresight
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with academia and venture capital partners
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
