Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product strategists
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global innovation hubs
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
- Deliver quarterly innovation impact reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Champion ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' summit showcasing 2026 breakthrough prototypes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with peer-reviewed publications
- Deep network within DARPA, NSF, and global tech accelerators
- Experience securing federal grants and venture capital >$20M
- Fluency in innovation methodologies (TRIZ, Stage-Gate, Lean Startup)
- Published thought leadership on future tech ethics (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
