- Architect cross-functional innovation frameworks integrating AI, blockchain, and biotech
- Drive $50M+ R&D budget allocation for quantum computing and renewable energy projects
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and EU Horizon 2026 consortium
- Present innovation roadmaps to Fortune 500 board members and government agencies
- Mentor 20+ engineers and product managers in exponential technology adoption
- Secure $100M+ in innovation grants and venture capital for 2026 ventures
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in quantum/AI leadership
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (3+ $100M+ projects)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical domain expertise
- Deep familiarity with EU Horizon 2026 and US CHIPS Act frameworks
- Executive presence with experience addressing Fortune 500 boards
- Fluency in agile, waterfall, and stage-gate innovation methodologies
- Prior experience scaling teams from 20 to 200+ technical professionals
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
