Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead ideation sessions for breakthrough products leveraging AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Direct cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and MVP validation cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and recommend investment opportunities
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching at least three market-disrupting products
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Portfolio of patented technologies or published research
