- Design and pilot ecosystem partnerships to accelerate adoption of 2026-ready solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Mentor junior futurists and establish the organization's future intelligence capabilities
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to distill complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
