Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology/market trend analysis frameworks using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and strategic briefings for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation pathways
- Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and KPIs
- Present findings to boards and investors to secure strategic alignment and funding
- Mentor junior futurists and build next-generation foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and regulatory environments
