Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities and disruptive threats
- Author high-impact thought leadership content and executive briefings on future technology adoption curves
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, R&D labs, and global innovation ecosystems
- Design and launch corporate ventures targeting high-impact 2026 market adjacencies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists through structured development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with proven 2020s-era impact
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Deep domain knowledge in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech convergence, climate tech, or AI ethics
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-suite and board-level audiences
