Responsibilities

- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for clients across technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for future disruptions
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Build predictive models using proprietary AI-driven foresight platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in futurist methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executives
