Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal paradigms pre-2026

- Produce executive-ready strategic briefings and trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and market signals affecting 2026 landscapes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Present findings to board members and influence $500M+ innovation budgets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in trend analysis, strategic planning, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
