Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on future market disruptions and opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, R&D labs, and innovation hubs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Design and implement a continuous innovation pipeline to ensure organizational readiness for 2026+ challenges
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and preparing for market disruptions
- Expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-level strategic briefings
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (required)
