Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting our industry through 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Champion innovation workshops and hackathons to generate breakthrough concepts for 2026 market readiness
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present future-focused recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate planning and product development cycles
- Monitor global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and their commercial implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, WFS) highly valued
