Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
