Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum AI, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with C-suite executives and academic pioneers
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and their societal impacts
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological black swan events
- Curate innovation pipelines with venture partners and government entities
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record publishing future-focused research (peer-reviewed journals/white papers)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Systems Thinking)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Complexity Theory, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ technology-to-market transition strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 100 boards on exponential technology risks/opportunities
